Something that’s common to the best of leaders is the quality of being humble.

I don’t mean just saying things that make us sound humble or look humble. I mean true humility.

A truly humble leader is easy to spot because there are certain things that you can see about them.

One of them is they’re always open to new ideas, to growing and learning. They realise that the more that they know, the more that they don’t know.

They also see the value in everyone. They see what people have to contribute and how that can be put together to achieve a bigger mission. Also, they’re not afraid to ask for help.

Thinking that we’re better than others doesn’t make us great leaders.

Seeing the value of people, of what they have to contribute, and how that can be put together for a greater outcome is.
